About Us

Part of a National Movement

Indivisible is a national grassroots movement of thousands of local chapters fighting to defend democracy and progressive values. We follow the Indivisible Guide — a proven playbook for making Congress listen to constituents.

Indivisible Tahoe Truckee is the local chapter for the Truckee, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding mountain communities. We focus on issues that matter to our region: public lands, climate, voting rights, and holding our representatives accountable.

Protect the U.S. Forest Service

The Trump administration is gutting the Forest Service — firing thousands of workers, slashing the budget by 65%, closing research stations, and directing dangerous herbicide spraying on our national forests. The FY27 budget markup is coming. We're fighting back.
